If your submission includes other family members, you confirm that you have no objection to the use, publication, and distribution of their story, images, or personal details across UAE Year Of platforms.
Selection Process
Submission does not guarantee selection, shortlisting or recognition.
Applications will be reviewed against the published assessment criteria.
The judging panel's decision is final.
Use of Content
Participants grant the UAE Year Of initiative permission to use submitted content for communications, publications, exhibitions, digital platforms and future Year Of initiatives.
Where appropriate, content may be edited for length or clarity without changing its meaning.
The UAE Year Of team reserves the right not to publish any submission that does not align with the purpose or guidelines of the Award.
Privacy
Personal information will only be used for the administration of the Award.
Recognition
Selected participants may be contacted for interviews, photography, filming or additional documentation.
Participation in media activities is voluntary and subject to separate consent.

Eligibility
Open to government entities and private sector organisations, and NPOs in the UAE.
Initiatives submitted must demonstrate alignment with the current UAE Year Of theme.

Long-term programmes
Organisational policies
Community partnerships
Cross-sector collaborations
Provided they demonstrate measurable contribution.

Existing submissions prior to the announcement of the award will be included.
Verification
The Award team reserves the right to request clarification or supporting documentation.

Public recognition will only occur following confirmation from the organisation.
Intellectual Property
